Matthew had his birthday party on Sunday! I can't believe my baby is almost 7! The jumpie was delivered at 7:15 am. Seriously people. The party started at 11. But the kids played on it and enjoyed it the whole time. We had pizza and a sundae bar. The kids had the best time making their creations! And yes it is a LEGO cake in case you don't see it resemblance. sigh And I had to make 2 of them since the first one tasted bad cuz I added too much coloring. All this and the cake didn't get touched.

ER visit on his party day!

We went to Las Vegas for Labor Day weekend and Amanda and Mike's wedding. We had so much fun!! The pool was great--it has a waterslide that went through a shark tank. Of course we were going too fast to see the sharks. Wedgies anyone? The day of the wedding was a life of luxury. NOT. Hours at the pool with the kids then finally to MAC to get our make up done. That was so much fun! Then off again at top speed getting the million things done for the actual wedding. But Amanda looks like the perfect 50's bride. Yes we used setting lotion and curlers! Who knew this stuff still existed? I loved my dress and got a pony-tail extension. Who woulda thought?! The kids had a great time and fell asleep on the party bus. The next day was exhausting for the Plale's but still made time for the strip. We took the kids to the M&M's shop and the Coke store. No Vegas is not family oriented. But the few places we did stop the kids loved and you gotta like that you can walk all around with you 100oz Margaritas and whatever else.
